What we do

We provide riding facilities and instruction for people with disabilities.

The opportunities we provide enable them to:

  • Learn a skill

  • Increase self confidence and awareness

  • Improve muscular power, balance and coordination

  • Stimulate circulation and digestion

  • Widen boundaries of experience and social contact

  • And have fun!

We emphasise safety and all our instructors are qualified to the required National RDA standards.

We have riders aged from 5 to 60 with a wide range of physical and mental disabilities.  Some of them come from local schools for children with special needs, some of them from residential care homes and there are also many who come as individuals.
